Return Policy

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that, but no worries! Read below how you can return your order.

First please check if your item(s) qualifies to be returned:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days
  • The items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • Beauty products, earrings, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned, due to hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been stained by makeup, after trying them on, cannot be returned
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear
  • Failure to comply with the terms of our return policy may result in us not being able to give you a refund

How to return your parcel
1. Fill in your order number at step five to generate your return label.
2. Make sure your items are packed properly and safe for shipping.
3. Attach the return label to the parcel and enclose the return form
4. Drop the parcel off at the local post office mentioned at the return label

Exchanging items

We do not offer the possibility to exchange items for a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order.

Frequently asked questions

I have lost my return form. What should I do?

If you have lost the return form, but would like to return (an) item(s), you can simply add a note with the following information:

  • Your order number, which starts with LOAV
  • The reason of return
I have not received a confirmation of my return. Have you received my return?

It is possible that we have not received your return yet. Normally you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail when we have received your return. To check if we have received your return, please contact our customer service. Do not forget to give your track and trace code and order number. Our customer service will try to help you as soon as possible.

I have received a refund confirmation, but have not received my refund. What should I do?

Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. Please check this payment method. All refunds will be made by Adyen so please make sure you have not overlooked the refund. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

I forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?

If you forgot to use your discount code, please contact our customer service. They will refund the discount, if possible.

Have you received my return?

When we have received your return you will automatically receive an email once we have processed the return. If this takes more than 21 days feel free to contact our customer service. They will try to find a solution.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

It can take up to 21 days for us to process your return and for you to receive the refund. If it takes more than this period please contact our customer service.
