Placing an order

Order process

Step 1.  Shopping bag

  • Check if your size is available by selecting it.
  • Click on ‘add to shopping bag’ to purchase this item.
  • Have you found everything you want? Click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and then click on the button ‘shopping bag’.
  • Check if the size and number of items are correct. If they are correct, then click on 'check out'. If you want to add more items to your order, click on ‘continue with shopping’.

    Please pay attention to the fact that items are never reserved after adding them to your shopping bag. Your items will be reserved for you when we have received the full payment. This prevents unpaid shopping bags from blocking items you want.

    Step 2. Check out

    At the check out you will have to give your personal details. Do you already have an account? Then first log in and we will automatically add your details. Please check them before you go to the next step.

    Step 3. Shipment

    You can choose to have your order sent to your home or work address. In the latter case the shipping address and billing address will differ. You can change this at step 2.

    Step 4. Payment

    Choose the preferred payment method. All our payment methods are listed at the check out.

    Step 5. Check your order

    At the last step we will ask you to check all your details. Please pay attention to the items you have selected and the shipping address you have chosen. If you have checked everything and are ready to finalise your order, click on ‘buy now’.

Order safely

Online shopping is becoming increasingly popular and the number of online shops is growing daily, therefore it is very important to be able to shop safely. At Loavies you can always shop in a secured environment. We will make sure that all your details are kept safely. Your details will also never be given to any third parties. In this way you will be sure that you can always shop safely at Loavies.

You can recognise the secured environment by the lock in the address bar at the top of the page. The address bar will also turn green. 

Furthermore, we recommend you to never give your log in details to anyone. This will prevent misuse of your account. 

Track your order

We understand that you would like to know where your order is. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. This e-mail will have an overview of the ordered items and a link to the track and trace.

Cancelling your order

After we have completed your order, it will be prepared for shipping as soon as possible. If your order has been prepared for shipping, it is impossible to cancel your order. 

It is possible to cancel your order when it is delivered. You can do this by giving it back to the courier.

Will I be charged for customs and import duties?

The customer will be held accountable for any additional custom duties.

Can I amend my order?

It is not possible to amend your order after placing it. Your order will be prepared for shipping immediately and can therefore not be changed.

I have completed my order, but have not received an order confirmation. Has my order been processed?

There are several reasons for not receiving an order confirmation. It is possible that the confirmation e-mail has been marked as spam, please check your spam box before contacting us. Another possibility is that your order has not been processed properly. Please contact our customer service, to find out what the status of your order is.

I have seen an item, but it no longer seems to be in stock. What can I do?

If an item is out of stock, but you would like to order it, you can sign up for the restock alert. You will then automatically receive an e-mail when the item is back in stock. You can sign up for the restock alert by selecting your (sold out) size (if necessary) and entering your e-mail address.

How do I use a discount code

Once you have found all the items you want, go to your shopping bag. Enter the discount code in either the ‘discount codes’ or the ‘gift cards’ box. Click ‘add gift card’ or ‘apply coupon’ and your discount will be taken from the total amount.

Why won’t my discount code work?

First please check if you have entered the correct code. Try copying and pasting the code into the box at the checkout. If you have entered the code correctly, then please check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the code is valid.

Do you have any promotional codes?

We regularly have new promotions. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram, or Facebook to be the first to know about our new special offers..

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?

If you forget to use your discount code it's not possible to use this code after you've placed an order in our online store.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

It's not possible to use multiples discount codes at once.

Why am I unable to access/order from your website?
