By logging on to your account, you will be able to change your details. If you want to change your name, you can do this under the heading 'personal details'. On this page you will also be able to change your e-mail address and log in details
By logging on to your account, you will straight away be on the page where you can change your address. Click on 'change address' next to your phone number. You can do this for either your invoice address or your shipping address. If you want to add a new address, go to 'address book' and click on 'add address
Every day we try to improve our service and we can always use your help. If you have a complaint, we always want to find a suitable solution as soon as possible. Unfortunately it can happen that an item is faulty or your delivery takes longer than normally. We understand how annoying this can be.
By sending a message to our customer service and mentioning your complaint, a solution will be found as soon as possible.

Has your favourite item been sold out? Or is your size not in stock? We can inform you when the item is back in stock again. To receive a restock alert when the item is back in stock, go to the product on our website and select your size (if necessary). A bar will pop up, in which you can enter your e-mail address. When the product is back in stock, you will automatically receive a message.
