After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. All orders have a track and trace code. When your order has been shipped, you will receive the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will receive a link to the track and trace. This enables you to receive information about the whereabouts of your order at any time.

The address you give when you place your order will automatically be chosen as the delivery address. If you would rather have your order delivered to a different address, you can change the shipping address when you place your order. You can choose to do this if you would like to send something as a present or have your order delivered to your work, for example.
For preparing your order for shipping, checking it and delivering it, we charge handling costs. For orders under €150 (the same amount applies to all currencies, e.g. $150) we charge a handling fee. Orders above €150 (the same amount applies to all currencies, e.g. $150) will be shipped free of handling costs. If you place multiple orders in one day, it is not possible to send them together. Handling costs will therefore apply to all your orders. In the table below an overview can be found of the shipping costs per country.

Delivery will take 2-5 working days for orders within Europe ordered before 11pm. For orders from Australia and the US it can take up to 10 working days. The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 11pm.
The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to show you where you can collect your parcel from.
A signature is not required for every parcel. It depends on which carrier delivers your parcel. DHL and FedEx often require a signature. It can also depend on the weight of the package.
Yes you can! You can choose a different delivery address from your billing address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
If a parcel does not arrive in time we ask you to wait until 3 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of any delays, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you. Please provide our support team with as much information as you can.
