Returns

We provide a return label for several countries. If your country is listed below we recommend you to return your order using the following steps. (It is not possible to use a UPS return label in the Netherlands.)

  1. check if your return meets our return conditions (You can find our return conditions in our FAQ)
  2. fill in your packing slip and make sure that the items, as well as your packing slip, are packed properly and safe for shipping. (We cannot process your return without a package slip.)
  3. click here to download a return label from our return page and attach the label on your return. 
  4. go to your local UPS Access Point and drop off your return.

The return cost will be deducted automatically from your refund. You can find the return costs in the list below as well. 

You will receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code from the desk clerk. Keep the shipping receipt well until your return is fully processed and refunded.

Without a valid proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code on it, we cannot start an investigation into returns and we will therefore not refund lost returns.

If your country is not listed above we recommend you to return your order using the following steps.

  3. write down our return address on a paper and attach the paper to our return.

  4. go to your local post office and drop off your return. 

As a customer you are liable for the return costs, the costs will vary per country or state.

You will receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code from the desk clerk. Keep the shipping receipt well until your return is fully processed and refunded.

Without a valid proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code on it, we cannot start an investigation into returns and we will therefore not refund lost returns.
